We offer innovative solutions to freelancers, merchants, professionals, and logistics companies, with the aim of supporting, advising, and enabling them to secure the transportation of their goods. We currently provide digital insurance platforms as well as services for managing and protecting shipments.
Figural currently serves thousands of clients across dozens of European countries, as well as the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia.
As the company is experiencing strong growth, we are looking for bilingual Claims Managers to expand our customer relations team and handle customer claims.
Context:
As part of the company’s expansion, we are seeking customer relations officers to assist in managing customer claims. This position will allow you to join a young and dynamic team in a rapidly growing sector.
We are looking for individuals who are bilingual in English and French, with a good understanding of the parcel shipping market and excellent communication skills. You should be independent, dynamic, and enthusiastic, and will be expected to contribute ideas to the company. While not required, knowledge of a third language, particularly German, Spanish, or Italian, would be appreciated.
Our teams are mainly based in Paris, but we also have staff in Le Havre. Please note that partial or full remote work is also possible.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: You will be in constant contact with clients or prospects seeking expert advice on how to ship and insure a parcel. Your goal will be to inform the client or convert the prospect into a regular customer.
- Claims Management: Figural aims to compensate clients for lost or damaged parcels, so you will be responsible for managing customer claims, determining whether submitted requests are valid, supporting clients, assessing cases, and ensuring quick reimbursement for claims.
Desired Skills:
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of the parcel shipping market or goods-in-transit insurance
- You are perceptive, autonomous, and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience: We are open to candidates of all levels (including junior profiles) with training or experience in related fields, or previous experience with a carrier, insurer, or logistics company.
Compensation:
Fixed salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on profile and experience Performance-based bonus tied to customer satisfaction 100% coverage of transport and health insurance costs
