Figural is an Insurtech company founded in 2018, offering innovative parcel protection services. Figural’s mission is simple: to become the leader in goods-in-transit insurance and parcel protection by democratizing its services worldwide.

We provide innovative solutions to freelancers, merchants, professionals, and logistics companies, with the aim of supporting, advising, and enabling them to secure the transportation of their goods. We currently offer digital insurance platforms as well as services for managing and protecting shipments.

Figural currently serves thousands of clients across dozens of European countries, as well as the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic intern (or work-study student) to support our commercial operations. With the guidance of your mentor, you will be responsible for customer retention and re-engagement tasks.

Your role will include assisting and advising our clients, as well as convincing certain prospects to use our services. You will also perform commercial actions with former clients by identifying obstacles and offering adjustments to convince them to return to our services.

Desired Profile

A very good level of English is required as the majority of our clients are based abroad, and most of the work will be conducted in English. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and confident in oral communication, with strong expression skills.
