Figural is an Insurtech company founded in 2018, offering innovative parcel protection services. Figural’s mission is simple: to become the leader in goods-in-transit insurance and parcel protection by democratizing its services worldwide.

We provide innovative solutions to freelancers, merchants, professionals, and logistics companies, with the aim of supporting, advising, and enabling them to secure the transportation of their goods. We currently offer digital insurance platforms as well as services for managing and protecting shipments.

Figural currently serves thousands of clients across dozens of European countries, as well as the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia.

As the company experiences rapid growth, we are looking for a Legal Specialist, particularly in contract law, to strengthen our legal department.

Context:

This role is part of the company’s commercial strategy development and addresses growing needs to support the company’s growth and meet the challenges of the business’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and evolving client contracts
• Lead and manage legal negotiations
• Develop legal arguments and positions
• Monitor and handle collection procedures or enforcement actions
• Participate in and complete due diligence procedures required by clients, prospects, and partners

Desired Skills:

• Strong command of English (oral and written – C1 level required)
• Legal expertise (Master's degree in contract law or equivalent)
• At least one confirmed experience in a legal role involving contract drafting
• Independent and detail-oriented
• Experience: Mid-level (minimum 2 years)

Compensation:

Base salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on profile and experience Performance-based bonus tied to the successful execution of contracts by clients * 100% coverage of transport and health insurance costs
